The staff was exceptionally friendly, that was the first thing I noticed when we walked in this morning. The wife and I wanted to try a bakery for breakfast, preferably something local...well we got our wish with milk and honey. Their menu was small and concise for both breakfast and lunch. Great portion sizes and prices acceptable. It has a great location just off Scottsville road. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. All I can say is wow. Everything cooked to perfection. I also enjoyed their cinnamon roll...those bites were like riding on a cloud they were that good. The small cookies located on top of the display case reminded me of another bakery in town...only these were better! The atmosphere is very modern, with tables throughout, everyone talking to everyone else, and even though everyone was talking, it wasn't loud. This place gets all of my stars!!

We stopped in for lunch. Brother got turkey and American cheese on white bread and said this is his new favorite place to eat in Bowling Green. He also got a brownie and a choc chip cookie and said he's had better. Sister got turkey and provolone cheese on white bread with chicken and wild rice soup. She says sandwich was good but the large pieces of celery in the soup was a put off. She also had the red velvet, snicker doodle and white macadamian nut cookies. Saying the red velvet was the best. I had chicken salad on white that was exceptional with tomato soup that was great with the homemade croutons. I had the white macadamian nut cookie that was good but a but crunchy. Overall this place is a great place to grab a healthier lunch with a treat. Staff were very nice. Noted one unclean table and lady swept around and under out table we were sitting at while eating.

I have tried several items here... a biscuit one morning, a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich another morning and a cup of soup another day.. how they break down: the biscuit was good about a 3 starrer. Really tasty, but fell apart as I was eating it, which is not a bad thing just made it difficult to eat. The sandwich was a definite 3.5 to 4 stars. It was warm and toasty. Now the barbequed pork soup was great. It was so different than anything I had tasted. Who would have thunk it? BBQ as a soup!

I have been to milk and honey many times for lunch. They really do have the best homemade soup. The chicken and dumplings soup is my favorite soup of theirs. They usually have it on Mondays. There tons of pulled chicken in the soup with small plump dumplings. Make sure you get the croutons on soup! Make sure you have cash if you want spend more than five dollars. That is why I am giving them a four star

Pretty good place and nice "homey" atmosphere. We purchased a fried bologna sandwich with cheese for my son and it was really good, high quality thick bologna. The bread they served on was made in house and was also good (traditional white break). We also purchased cookies for later which were pretty good but not great. I also purchased a loaf of white bread for home and it was good. They need to improve the ventilation above the grill as the place had a bit of a smokey smell but I would go back and try something else (would probably get it "to go").

Very affordable, delicious food, pleasant atmosphere. I got their veggie omelet sandwich on a multigrain croissant. It was freshly prepared, hot, and yummy! The croissant was the best multigrain croissant I've had. And I paid under $3...unbelieveable Also, the ladies behind the counter were helpful and sweet.

The best! Cookies, muffins and cupcakes are amazing. I ordered my wedding cake from them, every one LOVED it! There were only crumbs left. The owner is so helpful and friendly. I highly HIGHLY recommend this place! The cappuccino muffins and the orange muffins are excellent! Prices are super reasonable.
